eLapTopTour provides Realtors and home sellers with the capability of showing their homes on a 24x7 basis. Realtors know that when a prospective purchaser calls from in front of the property - a sign call - that between 55 and 60% of those calls result in the sale of that house. eLapTopTour makes use of effectioNet's patent pending eRealWGW1000 wireless gateway technology to provide prospective purchasers with the capability of viewing videos, floor plans and many other facts about a home. This does not obviate the need for a sales person but instead provides another cost effective sales tool.
How does it work?
Buyer prospects drive by a property. The prospective purchaser sees that a property is for sale via signage that appears on the property. The customer simply opens up his or her laptop or PDA and then types in effectioNet as the Wireless Network Connection. The customer then opens a web browser such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, or Opera and has access to the property information. The selling agent and/or homeowner has total control over the information that is delivered on the web page.

Pricing
effectioNet's pricing schedule is very simple: we lease the device for a fee of $50 per month. This is slightly less than one pays for a one house square in a typical color real estate book. We have positioned our product as an effective alternative to print publication. Everybody knows print no longer works efficiently; this product provides a means to drop that cost and move laterally cost-wise to a more effective vehicle with a much greater "buzz" factor. The device can be moved from property to property much like a sign; the USB key you plug into the device carries the listing information for that property.
We do require a $150 deposit, fully refundable on return of the device intact, and, we offer a 6 month minimum lease.
The program works on a first month's lease of $50 + $150 deposit. Then an auto deduction will be taken each month for the balance of the term. We take PayPal and/or all major credit cards.
effectioNet provides three separate packages to choose from. The one time set-up fee includes creation of the web site for a given property location, (all online), formatting, and download to a USB key. The USB key, wireless network device and yard sign are shipped directly to you. Cost includes the USB key which you keep. When the property sells, effectioNet can build you a new web site package for your next property location as you transfer the device from property to property to facilitate sales.
